Before you write
Most questions are answered below.
Check these five quick answers before sending a message. You may find exactly what you need.
Where is my order?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If two business days have passed and you still have not received tracking, email your order number to shop@everydaycocktail.com, and I’ll look into it.
I bought the e-book and nothing arrived
Digital orders are sent to the email address used at checkout, usually within a few minutes.
Check your spam and promotions folders, and search your inbox for “Everyday Cocktail.”
Still cannot find it? Email shop@everydaycocktail.com, and I’ll send the download link directly.
How do I claim the free recipe book that came with my tool?
Every box in the bar shop ships with a card carrying the code for all 246 recipes. If the card is missing or the code will not work, email shop@everydaycocktail.com with your order number and I will send it over.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 30 days of it arriving, as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and you have proof of purchase.
Email me first at shop@everydaycocktail.com to start it. If the return is accepted I will send you a return shipping label. Anything posted back without asking first cannot be accepted, so please do not skip this step.
E-books and downloads cannot be returned once they have been downloaded. If something arrived damaged or wrong, message me straight away with a photo and I will sort it.
Do you work with brands?
Yes, that is a real part of what I do: commercial video, UGC, cocktail photography and longer partnerships. Send the product, the deadline and where it needs to run to collab@everydaycocktail.com, and I will come back with a concept and a quote.
