Cocktails are my craft. and still on shift.

I’ve worked as a bartender for the past 15 years and as a bar manager for the last six. Today, I manage multiple high-volume bars and lead a team of more than 35 bartenders and 12 barbacks.

My work goes far beyond making drinks. I design cocktail menus, train staff, manage inventory and ordering, calculate recipe costs, and create systems that keep busy bars running smoothly.

I’ve also always had a passion for videography. Funny enough, Everyday Cocktail began after I bought my wife a camera that she never used. One day, I picked it up to show her that the camera actually worked—and that simple moment became the beginning of the channel.

At first, I was only creating videos for fun. But people connected with my recipes and enjoyed my work, so I kept going. Today, Everyday Cocktail has grown into a community of more than 1.8 million followers, along with a cocktail book collection, bar shop, and online bartending academy.

What started with an unused camera has become a way for me to combine everything I love: bartending, creating delicious drinks, teaching others, and producing beautiful videos. My passion for cocktails continues to grow, and my goal is to share the knowledge and experience I’ve gained throughout my career with
