Still deciding? Three doors, same bar.
I'm Atanas. I've been behind a bar for twelve years.
These days I run a high volume bar program, which is a polite way of saying I make a very large number of drinks a week and I have opinions about every tool on the rail.
I started filming the drinks because guests kept asking how I made them. About 1.8 million people follow along now. The shop, the course and the books all came out of the same question, asked over and over: how do I do that at home?
Everything here is something I use, teach or wrote. That's the whole business.
