About the spoons

A long twisted spoon is how a bartender stirs a Manhattan, a Negroni or an Old Fashioned. It reaches the bottom of any glass, the twist lets it spin smoothly between your fingers, and the back of the bowl layers drinks. Two spoons, one for the mixing glass and one for the tall glass.

Before you buy

Good to know.

Why so long?

Mixing glasses and tall glasses are deep. A short spoon leaves your fingers in the drink.

How do I stir with it?

Hold the twist between two fingers and roll it. The spoon glides around the inside of the glass without clinking.

What is the teardrop for?

Weight and balance. It also lets you layer a drink by pouring slowly over the back of the spoon.
