About the zester
The lemon twist on top of a Martini or Old Fashioned comes from this tool. The channel knife cuts one long strip of peel. The five holes zest a lemon or lime over the glass for the smell.
Cut a twist like the pros do.
One slow pull around the lemon. That is the whole garnish.

Lemons, limes, oranges and grapefruit all work. Dishwasher safe.

What people say.
Good to know.
How do I cut a twist?
Press the channel knife into the peel and pull it around the lemon in one slow motion. You get one long strip. Twist it over the drink to release the oil, then drop it in.
What is the zesting side for?
Fine zest over a drink, a cake or pasta. It takes only the colored part of the peel, not the bitter white.
Does it work on limes and oranges?
Yes. Lemons, limes, oranges and grapefruit all work.
